The company behind TrainLabs
TrainLabs is coaching software for Indian fitness trainers, built by Trainlabs Software, a one-person business registered in Kerala. Trainers pay ₹999 a month for everything; their clients pay nothing, ever.
Coaching tools built abroad bill in dollars, on per-client tiers, and still cannot produce a GST invoice. So trainers run their businesses across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and screenshots. TrainLabs replaces that with one place to write programs and nutrition plans, message clients, track progress, and keep the books.
Money a client pays a trainer never passes through TrainLabs. There is no wallet, no escrow and no commission — the app records the invoice and points the client at the trainer's own UPI ID. The only money TrainLabs collects is the trainer's subscription.

Trainer web app
LiveRuns in the browser at app.trainlabs.app — programs, nutrition, client chat, progress, invoices and payment records.
iOS and Android apps
In developmentBuilt for both trainers and clients, not in either store yet. The client app will always be free.
Under the hood: a NestJS and PostgreSQL API, a React web app for trainers, and React Native (Expo) apps for phones. Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. The database is hosted in Singapore; the privacy policy lists every provider and where it operates.
