Turn a PDF into a real program
Drop in the plan you already wrote — a PDF, however you format it. TrainLabs reads the schedule, not just the words: “Weeks 1–4” becomes four actual weeks, so your periodisation survives the trip. You get an editable draft in about a minute, matched against our 870-exercise library.

A second pair of eyes on check-in photos
Pick two check-ins. TrainLabs first says whether the photos can honestly be compared at all — and if they cannot, it tells your client how to retake them instead of guessing. What it does find, it pins to the photo in plain words for you to approve.

It never puts a number on your client
No weights, no percentages, no body-fat guesses. A photo cannot measure those, so the model is blocked from saying them — our server strips any note that tries.
You read every note before your client does
Notes land in a review panel. Hide them, reword them, add your own — your client only ever sees what you kept. Nothing is published over your head.
Photo analysis is off until your client turns it on
It is a separate, explicit consent, off by default, and theirs to withdraw. When they withdraw it, every report is deleted. Letting you see a photo and letting a model read it are two different decisions.
TrainLabs uses Google's Gemini API for both. We are still in testing, so the consent screen in the app names the exact tier your client's photos would go to, in plain words, before they decide. How we handle it

Yes, always. Your clients join through your invite link and pay nothing — no card, no per-client fee. We believe charging clients kills onboarding.
You can use it today in your browser at app.trainlabs.app — that is the full trainer app: programs, nutrition, chat, progress and invoices. The iOS and Android apps, for you and for your clients, are in development and not in the stores yet.
Email us at support@trainlabs.app and we will help you bring your clients and programs across. If your plans are already written as PDFs, you can import them yourself — TrainLabs reads the PDF and builds an editable program from it.
Two things, both admin rather than coaching. First, it turns a workout plan you already wrote as a PDF into an editable TrainLabs program, keeping your week-by-week structure — so "Weeks 1–4" becomes four real weeks instead of collapsing into one. Second, when a client sends progress photos, it checks whether the two photos can fairly be compared and describes what visibly changed, in words, for you to review. It does not write plans from scratch, decide anything for you, or talk to your clients.
No. Progress notes go to you first, in a review panel where you can hide a note, reword it or add your own. Your client sees only what you kept. The AI is also blocked from putting numbers on anyone — no weights, percentages or body-fat estimates — because a photo cannot measure those; our server removes any note that tries. Every number in a report comes from what you and your client actually logged.
It is off unless your client turns it on themselves. Letting you see their photos and letting a model read them are two separate consents, and the second one is off by default and theirs to withdraw at any time — doing so deletes every report. Photos are sent to Google's Gemini API only to run that one comparison. TrainLabs is still in testing, so the consent screen in the app names the exact API tier the photos go to before your client decides, including whether inputs could be used to improve Google's models. Our privacy policy explains it in full.
No. TrainLabs does not process payments or hold your money. Your invoice shows your own UPI ID, your client pays you directly, and you mark the invoice as paid in the app.
Yes. You create an invoice in a few taps, and if you are GST-registered, TrainLabs shows the CGST and SGST split for you. You can export all your invoices, with their paid status, as a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Our database is hosted in Singapore, and some of our service providers process data in other regions. Everything is encrypted in transit, we never sell your data, and our privacy policy lists every provider and where it operates.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from Settings anytime. Your records stay yours: you can export them yourself, even after you cancel.
